Brock the first picture is exactly the look that I love in BRW. Very dark with high contrast features and very symetrical and dramatic. Awesome!!!

My WAS is twitching now so this is dangerous.......

Do you have plans yet to build with it? Is it for a future, yet to be determined commission or a personal gitar?
I have a commission for a pair of instruments. These are slotted for that build.

Steve's BRW is really great. Brock Poling38890.0273958333

Hey guys, I just wanted to take a second and toot Steves horn. Not only has he become one of my best and most trustworthy friends over the years, but his willingness to teach his wealth of knowlege as well as his uncompromising mindset when it comes to choosing only the best tonewoods, has earned my highest respect. I wish you could all see the work that he puts into this business.......makes this "SALE" more of a "GIVE-A-WAY".
P.S. Steve, hope I didn't embarrass you, I just felt like it needed to be said.

Hi-

I have to second what Brian just said. I ordered 4 AAA Carpathian spruce tops and Steve was great throughout the whole process. I could tell he really wants to make sure I love what I get and this is even with these great prices. On the phone he is as friendly and helpful as a person can be. It's nice to see someone who is passionate about their work and loves to help others like he does. Steve has a customer for life in me.

It's nice that all the vendors here are like this - I have ordered from John Hall, The Zootman, Mark Kett, Ed Dicks, Todd and Brian at Allied, Brian Hawkins and the guys and gals at Stewmac so far. Everybody has been great and loves to chat about guitars and help however they can.

Thanks everyone-

Welp, I jumped on one of the pau ferro sets as soon as I saw this thread. It arrived today. What a sweet deal this was. Wish I could have ordered more.

This set is a knockout, and is gonna make a very cool looking guitar.

Thanks, Steve!

Best,

Michael

Michael, there was some really sweet Pau Fero and when I opened the site it disappeared right before my very eyes. This was a great offering with some really nice stuff. Look forward to seeing your build with the set.
